Lets take another illustration on cleansing and water,
Lets say you do your own oil change, in your car, got that special container empty the oil from the car,
bring it to the special bin at the county waste disposal place.
Take your oil container and just run water into it, (not that you should).
No, if you intend to use that container for clean water, its going to need some major scrubbing.
The message:
The build up of little sins along the way, is like the oil, in our soul It’s an unclean vessel.
That is why it is so important to make it right with everyone, to ask forgiveness not only to the Lord,
but to whoever we may have done wrong, sorry even him/her you thinking of skipping.
Think about it, How can we invite the Holy Spirit to live in an unclean oily place.
